    HUTIRA RESO – Regulation set – HUTIRA

    The HP→MP control set is used to supply small consumption devices directly from HP gas pipelines. These sets are supplied in single-row or double-row design, or they can be combined with the total bypass on which the manual control valve is installed. They are also supplied in a two-stage version with an outlet pressure at the LP level.

    How does HUTIRA RESO work with a regulator-monitor system?

    The regulation line is equipped with two 627 regulators, which work with a monitor-regulator system. In the event of a failure of the regulator and an increase in pressure, its function is taken over by a monitor that is set to a higher pressure. Furthermore, 1 piece of ABR type OSE is preceded, which secures the outlet pipe against both an increase and a decrease in the outlet pressure. The set can be supplemented with a control safety valve (V/20-2).

    Why are HUTIRA RESO assemblies investment-friendly and operationally undemanding?

    Our design uses the FISHER 627 regulator, which does not require preheating under standard domestic conditions. It is therefore not necessary to install a pre-heater or build the electrical connection associated with it. The product is also pre-prepared in terms of production and technical documentation.

    Why are HUTIRA RESO assemblies safe and reliable?

    Our regulation sets (each series) always have two safety elements. We like to use the regulator-monitor system, which does not have to interrupt the gas supply to the customer immediately in the event of a problem (e.g. an increase in outlet pressure).
